SHOP POLICY

•PAYMENT•

Payment is currently accepted by all credit cards, Paypal, Klarna, and Afterpay.
If your payment does not process, an attempt to contact the buyer will be made. If there is no reply within 7 days the order will be cancelled. Item(s) will not be shipped out until your payment clears.

Price adjustments can not be made, and discount codes can not be applied once the purchase has been made.


•SHIPPING•

Shipping times vary due to the number of orders/my schedule. Sometimes it can ship within a few days, it all depends if it's already made, or a custom order. Current building times are posted at the bottom of our checkout page.

If there is a problem with your order when it has arrived, lost or damaged, please message me. Don't forget to contact who I mailed with also to double check the tracking.

Hoops are mailed in bubble wrap, or in a poly mailer bag, always collapsed & always with a tracking number.


•INTERNATIONAL ORDERS•
Any customs, duties, or extra taxes/costs that apply to your country are the buyers responsibility to pay. The seller/shop will not be responsible for any extra charges. You can find out what these costs may be with your customs office in your country. No refunds will be made for these charges. They are the buyers responsibility.

•REFUND/EXCHANGE/SHIPPING•

Due to the custom nature of each hoop, I am currently not accepting refunds/exchanges/returns for hoops & wands.
Hoop exchanges can only happen if you were sent the wrong size/color/tubing, or your hoop tubing arrived snapped. Refund amounts will be the total cost of the item, minus shipping charges.

Order cancellations/refunds cannot be made after 24 hours after purchase. 

We are not responsible for delayed packages from the USPS/any shipping service. Shipping times for tracking are only an estimate. If you have an issue with a lost or delayed package, please contact USPS or your shipping service.
We ask that if you are in need of your item(s) quickly, to contact the shop for current building times, and ask about rush shipping options.
If for some reason an item is badly broken when it arrives to you, (this can happen during shipping) please contact me ASAP. If your hoop arrives wonky, I will help you take the necessary steps to help get your hoop back into shape. Please keep in mind shipping can be VERY stressful on hoop tubing, and can sometimes cause the hoop to loose its shape temporarily.
In some cases, the tubing can crack/break during shipping. If you would like to exchange it, you will be asked for PHOTO PROOF of the item for conformation of the shipping damage. You will be asked to ship the item back to me to inspect and I will send your new item as soon as possible.
